2017, IMC takes up Dual Vocational Training

A shortage of skilled labour or worries about finding new apprentices are unfortunately common for German enterprises in the building industry.

Dual vocational training is the best way to ensure qualified and motivated future employees, who are familiar with the special needs and requirements of its company. Which is why we decided to take matters in our own hands.

An IHK Leipzig instructor certificate, cooperation with professional and industry associations, the Agentur für Arbeit’s employer service as well as the participation at the “Aktionstag Lehrstelle” at the Zentrum für Aus- und Weiterbildung Leipzig GmbH were successful initial steps.

Starting from August 1st , two apprentices take their step towards the future as technical draughtspersons focusing on structural steel.
